The FSA provides a tax-advantaged way to help you budget for expected health care expenses, including dental and vision care. It’s important to plan conservatively since funds remaining in your account at the end of the plan year will be forfeited. You may elect up to $2,750 to cover eligible Medical Expenses, and $5,000 to cover eligible Dependent Care Expenses. Please see detailed information provided by Benefit Advantage.
NOTE: If you enroll in the Consumer Driven Medical Plan and choose to open a Health Savings Account, you may not enroll in the FSA. But remember, the Health Savings Account may be used to pay the same type of expenses – and the funds are yours forever.
